Take a tour of the counties in Michigan through exercise. Complete 15 counties to earn an entry into our prize drawings. Every 15 counties earns you an additional entry. Complete all 83 counties to earn a bonus entry. One winner will be selected.

Prizes

– One month of premium MOVE classes
– One 60-minute personal training session
– One 60-minute massage therapy session

Each county on our map will have an exercise to complete. Exercises may be broken up into smaller manageable portions and/or completed over a few sessions. Color in a county once it is completed.

Max of two counties completed per day. Cannot double count exercises to use in other counties.
