Children/Youth Guest Options

At Dexter Wellness Center, we believe in fostering a healthy and enriching environment for everyone, including young individuals. As a guest, youth have access to a variety of services and programs that can support their physical and mental well-being.

Youth

Ages 12-17
Youth (ages 12-17) can be a guest of the center if accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian during their visit.

Working Well Program

Ages 15 – 17
Working Well youth ages 15-17, can use the facility with a one-time guest pass provided by their employer and do not need a parent or legal guardian during the visit if forms are filled out in advance of the visit.

Options available as a Youth Guest

Our facility offers a variety of workout options for the youth guest and parents to enjoy.  Take a walk on our indoor track with scenic views of the Dexter area, check out a group exercise class on our class schedule, or make a splash in our indoor pool with designated lap lanes and open swim times.  Full cardio and strength training equipment is available for a complete workout. Or pick up a basketball or Pickleball game in the gymnasium. Options exist to work with a certified personal trainer to develop a safe and effective workout plan tailored to individual goals. Important Notice: To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all our youth guests, anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian assist them in completing the following forms prior to visiting.  The parent or legal guardian must sign the waivers on both documents.  When complete, please print the youth consent form (PDF) and bring to the center with parent / legal guardian.
