Father’s Day is just around the corner, but you can start the celebration early by attending a Men’s Health and Fitness Week event at the Dexter Wellness Center!
Men’s Health and Fitness Week is celebrated nationally the week leading up to Father’s Day. This year festivities began on Monday, June 15 and will continue through Sunday, June 21. The week’s purpose is to encourage men of all ages to increase self -awareness of health related issues.
The Dexter Wellness Center is joining the cause by offering FREE opportunities for community members to increase physical activity and wellness. The group exercise class is held from 5:30-6:30pm on 6/17 and 6/19. Drop-in Chair Massage and Blood Pressure Checks will be available Wednesday 17th 6:30-8:00pm and Sunday 21st 11:30am-1:00pm. To conclude the week with a bang, men are invited to use the Dexter Wellness Center for free all day Saturday 6/20 and Sunday 6/21.
