Set 1
Mistletoe Upper Body Mashup
* Incline Push-up – 15 reps
* SL triceps dip – 15 reps each leg
* SL biceps curls – 15 reps each leg (12lbs)
* Squats with lateral raises – 15 reps (8 lbs)
* Plank with renegade rows – 15 reps (10 lbs)
* Triceps pushdown – 15 reps (25 lbs)
* Dumbbell chest press on stability ball – 15 reps (12 lbs)
* Hammer curls – 15 reps (15 lbs)
* Overhead press – 15 reps (10 lbs)
* Dumbbell bent over row – 15 reps
Rest for 1 minute
Repeat 2 more sets for a total of three sets
Rest between each set
