Member Uses Massage Therapy to Reduce Chronic Stiffness and Pain

Pat Rideout has been a Dexter Wellness Center member since September 2018. She suffers from chronic stiffness and pain. Every 3 – 4 weeks, Rideout uses the center’s massage therapy services to keep her muscles limber.

“It’s extremely enjoyable to have [massage therapist] Nancy work on my back and neck,” said Rideout. “While my condition isn’t really curable, it’s helpful to get her advice.”
