Work off your Thanksgiving Feast in this 2 hour long cycling class. Endurance is key for this class, and while all levels of fitness are welcome, this class is probably not a good idea if you haven’t been on a bike for years, or ever. You will be coached & motivated through a simulated bicycling journey. If you are a beginner and insist on making this your first class, you must arrive 10 minutes early for proper set-up.
