Memorial Day Group Cycling

May 30, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Drop of your chair or blanket on Main Street to save your spot for the Memorial Day Parade and then come inside for a ride on one of our stationary bikes- no one gets lost!  This class will be a 60 minute ride-plenty of time for you to shower and get back to Main Street!

This class is open to all levels of fitness.  It is suggested to arrive 10 minutes before class to set up your bike.  Also, heart rate monitors are recommended.
