We are so excited to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Dexter Wellness Center. Here’s what you can expect:
Event Highlights:
- Facility and medical integration specific tours
- Informative presentations on MyFitRx, Pilates Reformer, personal training and more
- MyFitRx information table
- BodyScript™ demos
- Complimentary blood pressure screenings

Classes and Workshops:
- 9:30am-10:30am: Cardio Strength Lite!
- 10:30am-11:30am: Chair Yoga
- 5:30pm-6:30pm: Lecture Workshop by Dr. Dori Tamange

- Fun Fitness Challenges
- Attendance Drawing: Those who attend a MyFitRx event or activity will be entered to win a 1-hour massage and 1-hour personal training session

Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? With MyFitRx, you can choose one of 10 specialized pathways designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated wellness center.
