February is Heart Month, a perfect time to focus on wellness and take proactive steps toward a healthier you. This exciting event is your chance to explore our medically integrated fitness center, meet our certified fitness specialists, and learn how we can help you build lifelong healthy habits. Plus, for one day only, join with $14 September dues (enrollment fee applies)! Here’s what you can expect:

Event Highlights:

• Facility tours
• BodyScript™ demos
• Complimentary blood pressure screenings
• Speak with a Fitness Specialist
• Light snacks and water

Classes and Workshops:

• 12:00pm-1:00pm: Healthy Patients, Happy Practices: MyFitRx Overview with Solair DiDomenico. All healthcare providers who attend will be entered into a drawing to win a free lunch for your office (up to 30 participants). This is a great opportunity to discover how MyFitRx can support your patients’ health and wellness goals while connecting with other providers in the community.
• 5:00pm-6:00pm: Heart Health Lecture with Dr Tamange. Learn practical tips to protect your heart! Dr. Tamange will cover heart health, risk factors, and simple lifestyle strategies to keep your heart strong and healthy.
• 5:00pm: Attend a FREE Aqua Energizes group exercise class
