An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Sunday, repeating until February 25, 2019

You’ve heard about the benefits of mindfulness – now learn the techniques for yourself! Acquire practical skills to help improve your concentration,
get better sleep, manage stress and anxiety, and maintain focus and balance—even amidst the challenges of a busy life and demanding schedule.

This evidence-based program was developed at the counseling center of Duke University. The workshop provides a valuable toolset for anyone whose life includes stress, change, time pressures, a hectic pace, or challenging circumstances.
