get better sleep, manage stress and anxiety, and maintain focus and balance—even amidst the challenges of a busy life and demanding schedule.
This evidence-based program was developed at the counseling center of Duke University. The workshop provides a valuable toolset for anyone whose life includes stress, change, time pressures, a hectic pace, or challenging circumstances.
