Blood pressure screenings- (CHE/DEX) – June 14 1:00-2:00pm, June 16 10:00-11:00am, and June 17 4:00-5:00pm
Join us in a mileage competition between the Chelsea and Dexter Wellness Center members. June 15- July 15 the Center that completes the most miles by walking, running/jogging, swimming and/or using the elliptical or NuStep wins! Every member that completes 25 miles will be entered into a drawing to win one of 3 prizes which include, 1 months dues, 1 hour massage, 1 hour personal training.
Join us in honoring the longest day and supporting Alzheimer ’s disease. Wear purple on June 21st and be entered in a drawing.
Chelsea and Dexter Wellness Centers are offering monthly youth passes for member’s children. From June 1-September 1, parents or guardians of youth ages 12-17 can purchase a pass for only $36/month. Keep your kids active at the Wellness Center by enjoying the strength training and cardio equipment.
