Angela graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Upon graduation, Angela was hired by the Chelsea Wellness Center (CWC) in 2001 as the Administrative Assistant. In 2002, Angela moved into the role of Member Service Manager at CWC, a position she held for more than 11 years. In January 2013, Angela was selected as the Center Director for the Dexter Wellness Center. Angela loves the Wellness Center, meeting members, and watching them achieve their health and wellness goals. Angela also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, golfing, playing volleyball, traveling, and working out.
Brian has a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Spring Arbor University. He is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and been a qualified TRX instructor for the past four years. Brian loves being active while coaching and playing sports. He is a former college baseball player and enjoys the outdoors. Brian believes in a highly effective mix of strength training, functional fitness training, outdoor boot camps, and cardiovascular training. This is a great way to build lean strong muscle, burn fat, and provide all around fitness for day to day life. Brian believes there are five key ways to achieve your goals: SET A GOAL – You should set goals that are specific and measurable. Ask yourself why you're doing this. Is your "why" strong enough to make it happen for you? GET ON THE RIGHT PATH – I can help you make a plan, including workouts, meal plans, motivation and more. Together we will choose the right one. BELIEVE IN THE NUMBERS – Track everything. You may not be able to see many of the changes you'll experience without comparing pictures and statistics over time. Use these measurements as motivation. SHARE YOUR JOURNEY – Share your goals and your journey with others that will both support you and hold you accountable. FINISH STRONG – Draw inspiration from everywhere. Remember your “why” and the goals you set. Lean on your friends and family for support.
